    Welcome to the Wabash Area Personnel Association website.  Our website is available to all visitors, although some content is restricted to WAPA members.  We will do our utmost to protect the privacy of our visitors.

    All information and services on the Wabash Area Personnel Association website are made available subject to this Privacy Policy.  By using the information and services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

    This policy will be updated from time to time, so please check back periodically.  If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing them.

    Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

    Individuals are required to complete an application for new or renewal WAPA SHRM Memberships.  These forms may ask for contact information (such as your phone number or e-mail address), unique identifiers, and/or demographic information (for example, your PHR/SPHR designation, etc).  Information may also be gathered from those wishing to sponsor events or place a posting on the website.  Information from these forms is used to provide the information that you request.  WAPA SHRM will also use this information to periodically send you information, such as meeting reminders.

    Access to Member Information

    Personally identifiable information that you provide is maintained solely by select Wabash Area Personnel Association SHRM Board Members and Committee Chairs.  WAPA SHRM does not sell member addresses or e-mail addresses to third-parties.  In addition, the information contained in the website, including member information, is not to be used for solicitation of members or visitors to the site.

    You are ultimately responsible for the security of your Wabash Area Personnel Association SHRM username and password.  You may not share this information with non-members so they can access content or features that are restricted to WAPA SHRM members only.  Pleas ensure that you log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence, especially if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
