Jordan Brockman, Intern Program Manager at Fort Wayne Metals and representative from the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership will be presenting an Internship Program Workshop. During this workshop, we will be discussing the development of structured internship programs, and how they can help employers in the area maximize their talent pipeline and bottom line. Jordan will go over key concepts from the guide she has created. Employers will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences, and learn more about upcoming events. Employers who are interested can also connect with Regional Partnership staff and Jordan to receive strategic planning and coaching on internship program implementation at their business.
