    Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Douglas Dawson, Founder and Managing Director of Leg Up Solutions out of Dayton, IN. Leg Up Solutions, LLC is a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations realize Enterprise Excellence. Douglas Dawson is a graduate of the Jon M. Huntsman College of Business, home of the Shingo Institute. He is a non-traditional re-entry student who worked his way off the production floor and into management. His career spans 15 years in big food and 15 years in big pharma. Because of his roots, Douglas is passionate about the concept that Enterprise Excellence is rooted in the ability of organizations to tap into latent talent on the production floor, back office, and front line. 

    Presentation topic will be The Shingo Model for Enterprise Excellence. This session will include an overview and examples of the Shingo Model for Enterprise Excellence and how culture drives performance.
