    Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Dr. Jason Gornto, Owner of Custom Training Solutions based in Peru, IN.

     

    His presentation topic will be developing Communication Skills with a brief discussion on EEOC Sexual Harassment Compliance.

     

    Communication Skills are a foundational key to successful organizations. During this presentation we'll look at different types of communication, their importance, and the framework for improvement. We'll focus specifically on non-verbal communication and ways to improve team communications. 

    EEOC Sexual Harassment Compliance - We'll take a quick look at the federal guidelines and a checklist to see if you are currently compliant. We'll also cover FAQ and how to limit liability through good record keeping. 

    Dr. Jason Gornto holds a BM and BS from Butler University, an MBA from Ball State University and a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. He is a nationally recognized presenter and was named a Nobel Distinguished Educator in 2014. 

    Dr. Gornto is a content area expert in Organizational Leadership & Change, Business Management, and Education.
