Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Donna Samardzich with Optimal Balance Coaching. Dana is a certified life coach who works with professionals to help them take back their time so they can develop fulfilling lives for themselves. Prior to coaching, Dana was a professional salesperson with over ten years experience in the steel, construction and funeral services industries.
Her presentation topic will be Team Dynamics: Gourmet Meals Aren't Made in a Blender. Learning objectives include:
- Understanding what team dynamics are and where they impact our work
- Using mindfulness as a strategy to develop positive team interactions - It starts with YOU!
- Learning specific behavior techniques that promote connection, even in conflict
