Our guest speaker, Diane Winn, is a certified leadership coach, mentor, facilitator, speaker and the President of Through Eagles Eyes.
This interactive one-hour program, excerpted from the Coaching Skills for Leaders program created by Diane, enhances participant’s self-awareness. Practice exercises build competencies for connection by applying basic coaching skills such as listening, asking powerful questions and creating leadership presence.
Learning objectives include: raising self-awareness, enhancing communication, inspiring peak performance, expanding personal effectiveness, optimizing leadership skills, and encouraging team interactions.
