Our guest speaker, Karl Ahlrichs, is a consultant and presenter in Strategic HR and CFO markets, and a "Thought Leader" at Gregory & Appel Insurance in Indianapolis.
He will get us thinking on the following: Why do organizations struggle with hiring new team members that align with the organization’s values? How can we get it so right the first time, and so wrong the second?
