Shirley Tate, Wage and Hour Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor, will be presenting a DOL Update at our May chapter meeting. Shirley will be providing wage and hour regulation updates, cover hot topics and provide general overview of some of the regulations that fall within her jurisdiction, such as FMLA and FLSA. We will also have Q&A time at the end of the presentation.
