    Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Adam Bartom, Partner with Barnes and Thornburg, LLP in Fort Wayne.

    Adam's presentation topic will be Employment Law Update: What Happened in 2022 and What to Expect in 2023.

    Adam will lead an interactive discussion regarding the flurry of legal change at the end of 2022 and what employers should expect in 2023.  Adam will cover lessons learned from COVID, return to work best practices, recent changes with the NLRB, EEOC, and DOL, as well as new state and federal laws.  Attendees can expect to leave with a better understanding of the changing legal landscape and how best to manage change / risk in this shifting legal environment.
